Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the engagement of coaching services provided by [FULL NAME] (hereinafter, «the provider»), with ID number [ID NUMBER] and address at [PROFESSIONAL ADDRESS].

Description of Services

The provider offers executive coaching, team coaching and individual accompaniment services. The specific conditions of each engagement — number of sessions, duration, fees and payment method — are set out in the proposal sent to the client before the process begins.

Engagement and Fees

The engagement process begins with the client’s express acceptance of the fee proposal. Fees shall be paid according to the terms and methods indicated in that proposal. Full or partial non-payment entitles the provider to suspend the provision of services.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations communicated more than 48 hours in advance incur no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows without prior notice may be invoiced in full. If the engagement is cancelled before completion, unused sessions will be refunded.

Confidentiality

The provider undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. This obligation continues indefinitely beyond the end of the engagement.

Intellectual Property

Materials, methodologies and content provided during the coaching process are the property of the provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without express authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

Coaching is not a psychotherapy, medical advice or legal consultancy service. The provider is not responsible for decisions made by the client as a result of the process. Results depend to a large extent on the client’s own commitment and effort.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the client’s domicile, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
